Countryside Montessori was founded in the summer of 2001 to provide a unique choice in education for the children of the Denton, Texas area.  Countryside began at the home of Director Cassidy Fuess with three students.  In the fall of 2003, the school moved to the west side of Denton. In January of 2009, the school relocated to 610 Dallas Drivein a building better suited in location as well as more classroom space for the children..

     Director Cassidy Fuess is a certified Montessori teacher with over eighteen years experience in the child care field, over sixteen of those as a Montessori teacher.  Prior to opening Countryside Montessori, she taught at a private Flower Mound Montessori school.  Mrs. Fuess also developed and lead a successful summer reading program in that area.

          Monthly potluck dinners, parent classes, and a parent/teacher group provide numerous opportunities for building relationships within our school community.  

    New parent/baby Nido classes will be added soon.   Future plans also include the addition of new classrooms and teachers to meet enrollment needs.
